Guadalupe Peak Sunrise
Sunrise from Guadalupe Peak, the highest natural point in Texas, with an elevation of 8,751 feet above sea level. The hike up was fairly rough as it was a 3250ft ascent over a 4 mile distance. The hike up at 3am took about 1.75 hours and I was greeted by the setting Milky Way and Rising sun. It was very windy at the top and the views of the surrounding landscape were very surreal.
